At Organic Utopia, we are committed to delivering pure, natural, and high-quality organic products. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of organic items, specific return and refund conditions apply.


1. Nature of Our Products

All products available at Organic Utopia, including organic food items, skincare, and herbal products, are made from natural ingredients. Proper storage and handling are essential to maintain their quality and effectiveness.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The product was delivered in damaged or leaking condition

You received the wrong item

The product is expired upon delivery

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the product are required as proof.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used organic food products

Opened skincare or herbal products

Discounted or clearance items

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery


4. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

The amount will be returned to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store wallet

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


5. Exchange Policy

If preferred, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Replacements are provided free of cost only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
